I Am So Happy!

Thank You, God...Image by cindy47452 via Flickr

Have you ever felt so happy that you wanted to climb the highest mountain and scream "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaahooooooooooooooooo!"? Have you ever been so happy that your skin felt too tight to contain your feelings? Well, I felt this way today after the visit to Maya's neurologist. After he checked her up and went over all her tests, he said there is nothing wrong with her.Thank you God, thank you! She doesn't even need a follow up visit or other tests. My baby is fine! There is nothing wrong with her brain, no anomalies, nothing! The doctor said that he thinks the seizures were caused by the Rota virus and her severe dehydration and mineral imbalance...
I am so happy, so thankful...I cannot even express in words the way I feel. Relieved...After more than a month of waiting and waiting and tests after tests, I am relieved to see the end of it.
I want to thank you all, my friends, for being with me all along this difficult journey, for your kind words of encouragement and consolation. I am grateful that I have you all and I really hope I learned my lesson along the way.
So, I am just going now outside, climb on the highest cliff facing the sea, spread my arms wide, look the Creator into his eternal eyes and scream, from the top of my lungs:"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!"

I am so glad!!! That's great news. Allow yourself time to feel elated, but expect that the full force of everything you've been dealing with is still to come - after all, you're out of the woods now. Your consciousness is only now able to deal with how frightened you really were. I just can't say enough how happy I am for you. Been there, done that! It sucks!!!

Oh yes, I felt so relieved yesterday...I didn't know how tense and stressed out I was until we got the good news from the doctor...
And I think I am prepared now. For whatever comes in my way.
Thank you all!
Love,
Ramona

So glad!!! I wondered about this when you first posted about the seizures because its common for dehydration combined with fever to cause convulsions/seizures... and I know she was one sick little girl with the rota virus!!! I'm glad you can put the last month's worry behind you!

There could not have been a better post to wake up to and sip my coffee to this morning. Hallelujah! So very happy for your wonderfully brightening news. I am smiling for you :)

Hang in there and relish in this moment and come back "here" when life throws you those unexpected little twists that throw us off. God is so good and hears us, and best of all, He has us in His palms all the time.

Happy, happy, happy.

Much love from us in SC.
