After last night "adventures" (see my previous post), today we've decided we'll put it behind us and try to enjoy my sister's visit as much as posible.
Let the oddysey begin!
Out first stop for the day was at the supermarket, and like any Israelis that respect themselves, we didn't leave until our shoppig cart was overflowing. I didn't buy any food before they came because we are vegetarians and my sister and her son not, so I let her buy for themselves whatever took their fancy.
I told her I don't mind they are meat eaters, but they'll have to cook it if they'll want to eat it.
After the shopping trip we just hang out for a while at home, while the kids were driving us crazy - with Maya it was love at first sight, she's absolutely crazy about my sister and loves her cousin. They've never met before, two years ago when I travelled to Romania, I went by myself, without Tibi or Maya.
In the afternoon, when the sun calmed down a bit, we went to the seaside. It is like a 15 minutes walk from our apartment, and we had a great time there... My sister enjoyed herself building sand castles and I even let her to smoke a cigarette. Again, we don't smoke in our home, for Maya's sake, my husband and I stopped smoking some years ago (me, 9 and Tibi 20) and Darie, my son, who's a smoker is smoking outside the house...
Oh God, I am knackered. Having Roxy (my sister's name is Roxana) here is great, but not an easy job...It odesn't matter, I am so happy I could was dishes all day long without complaining...
I have to go and sleep, sleep, sleep...
See you all sometime...maybe tomorow, maybe on Sunday...
Night night, whoever you are...
